I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and am an ADAPT Trained Health Practitioner from Kresser Institute, the only functional medicine and evolutionary health training company.

 

I am a fully insured registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (www.bant.org.uk) and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (www.cnhc.org.uk) .

 

Science and research is continually being updated so I make additional training a priority and I have been lucky to have specialist training with leaders in their fields.  These include:
